By creating an account, downloading the launcher, or using woolyrocket.com, you agree to these terms.
The service
Stone to Stars is a multiplayer game in active development. Features may change, reset, or become unavailable. Access is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted play.
Accounts
- You must keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person may not harass others, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, cheat, or attempt unauthorized access to servers or other accounts.
- We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules or harm other players.
- Email verification may be required before play, purchases, password reset by email, or website market posting.
Membership & payments
- Optional membership (subscription or one-time pass) is billed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout (currently AUD, tax exclusive unless stated otherwise).
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account or Stripe’s customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- One-time passes grant a fixed duration and do not auto-renew.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact us via your account Bugs tab or Stripe support tools; chargebacks may result in account review.
Website tools
Wiki, map, loot, and market pages are convenience tools. Market orders placed from the website still require a valid account, verified email where required, and may only apply when the character is offline. Server authority always wins.
Acceptable use
Do not attack infrastructure, scrape aggressively, spam newsletters/APIs, or use the service for illegal activity. IP bans may block new registrations or purchases from abusive networks.
Intellectual property
Game assets, branding, and site content belong to Woolyrocket and licensors. You may not redistribute the client or assets except as allowed by the launcher/download.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woolyrocket is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game or site. Total liability for paid membership disputes is limited to fees you paid in the prior 90 days for that membership.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance. Material billing changes will be reflected at checkout and on the membership page.
